Two reasons we’re back in your inbox so soon. One, we owe you a correction on this morning’s send. Two, there’s a quiet, perfectly Norwalk thing happening at Jacob’s Pickles in a couple of hours that wasn’t on the calendar — and should have been.

Re: SoNo Saturday Market · this morning’s issue
We said May 23. It’s May 30.
The SoNo Saturday Market runs the last Saturday of the month, May through August, not the second. So this Saturday is not the opener. The actual season opener is Saturday, May 30, 11 AM–3 PM on Washington Street between the train bridge and the Webster Lot. Closure runs 8 AM to 4 PM that day. 30+ vendors, food, music, lawn games, free, dog-friendly. The other two picks in this week’s issue — the Sheffield lighthouse cruise Saturday morning and the Rowayton parade Sunday noon — still stand.
Our mistake. We’ll keep getting these right. If you ever spot one, hit reply — a real person reads every note.

Silent Book Club of Norwalk — SBC visits Jacob’s Pickles
The premise is exactly what it sounds like. You bring a book, a barstool, and a willingness to not talk for an hour. SBC Norwalk packs Jacob’s at 100 N Water Street tonight from six to eight: arrival and a drink from 6 to 6:30, an hour of dead-quiet reading from 6:30 to 7:30, and conversation if you want it from 7:30 to 8. There’s a Mobile Library on the table for book swaps. Paid parking in the SONO Collection lot.

Arrive. Read. Talk if you feel like it.
6:00–6:30: arrive, order, find a seat. 6:30–7:30: silent reading. 7:30–8:00: chat about what you read, swap books, head home with something new on the to-read pile.
